What is the delivery time of my order?

Shipping within the Netherlands and Europe typically takes 3–7 business days. International orders may vary depending on location.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over €75. Standard shipping rates apply for smaller orders.

What happens to my order if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

If the first attempt fails, we'll try again the next day. If you're not home then, we'll try to deliver the package to your neighbors. If that doesn't work either, don't worry: you can pick up your package at the nearest delivery office.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package in real time.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can contact our customer support team immediately to change or cancel it. Once shipped, we cannot make changes.

What if I receive the wrong item or a defective product?

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience! Please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns are free if you choose store credit or an exchange. Otherwise, we'll credit amount of your purchase price for return shipping costs.
